On 17 mars, at CTC in YCA headquarter, the first training course to build the capacities of middle leaders in the Customs Authority, which was implemented by CTC for three days, was concluded in the presence of YCA Chairman- Mr. Abdulhakim Alkubati  who gave a motivation speech for the first successful completed course, stressed that the center will receive all support to ensure the rehabilitation and training of customs officers and a qualitative leap in their job performance.

At the conclusion of the course, YCA Chairman delivered the certificates of attendance to 18 participants from YCA headquarter, Aden Customs Office and its affiliated customs port.
